Race Tip

PINCHBECK (2) built on a nice second two starts back at Mildura with a win over 6f at Mt Gambier two weeks ago, getting home by 2.5 lengths. Caitlin Tootell scored on him last time and retains the mount. Enjoys a drop in grade so he is perfectly placed to score again. MISS THATCHER (8) did her best work late and finished 1.5 lengths from the winner in sixth last start over 5¼f at Balaklava, an improvement on her ninth at Mt Gambier the run before. This is a nice drop in grade so she will be hard to beat. JIMMYS EDGE (5) turned in a decent effort last start to finish third over 4½f at Murray Bridge. Will enjoy a drop in class so he is sure to prove hard to beat. UTAH JOE (9) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 5f at Morphettville Parks, beaten 5 lengths into 12th. Finds a nice race and can make amends.
