SMART BUY (2) missed the placings two runs back then got a long way back last start when 9 lengths away in eighth over 7f at Scone. Has her share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race. OENOLOGY (1) proved too strong two runs ago at this track. Couldn't follow that up last time out when eighth over 1m at Gunnedah, beaten 6 lengths. Ideally placed and is sure to take a ton of beating. THE COMANCHE (10) is a consistent performer with two minor placings from three starts this prep. Produced another good effort at his most recent run when second over 7½f at Port Macquarie. Must be included on the strength of that form. CORPSMAN (11) turned in a much better effort last time out to score by 0. 9 lengths over 7f at Tamworth. Looks well placed so expect another big run.
