Finds a suitable race and can return to winning ways. NAFTALI (5) doesn't win out of turn but ran a strong race last time out over 7f at Mudgee, finishing fourth and beaten 1. 4 lengths after being in the firing line on the corner. Braith Nock gets the best out of this four-year-old gelding. Likely improver with strong prospects. GHAZNAVI (4) started at 6/1 last time on the back of a win at Mudgee two starts ago but was below his best, finishing seventh over 7f at Tamworth. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. DAMASCUS GATE (3) has not won for a long while. Last raced on December 26 when beaten 3 lengths into eighth at Beaumont (Newcastle) over 6¾f after he was well back on straightening. Good enough on his day and can fill a top-three spot.
