MAFIA (2) did little and finished 7 lengths from the winner in seventh over 6¼f at Canterbury last start, a less impressive effort than his fourth at Kembla Grange the run before. Finds a suitable assignment and can get the job done. SMART SERENADE (9) turned in a much better effort last time out to score by 5.5 lengths over 6f67yards at Taree. Looks well placed so expect another big run.
