Race Tip

BALLY ISLE (8) broke through for her maiden win over 4½f at this track last time. Sparingly raced and has more to offer. Shaping up nicely and she is likely to feature in the finish again. HERMOSA ROSA (12) was well in the market last time and made it two minor placings from as many runs this prep when 0.8 lengths away in second over 5f at Mudgee. Fitter and should be in the finish again. SHEILA'S FANTA SEA (7) showed little early speed last start and failed to come on in the straight when 11th, beaten 6 lengths, over 6f at Randwick. This is a nice drop in grade so she is a major player. MANAGE THE CYCLE (9) missed the frame when resuming but looks ready to win now after two straight placings, the latest over 6½f at Scone. Backmarker who gets home hard. Solid claims on best form.
