NAVY STEEL (7) is a maiden galloper who hasn't raced since finishing 4 lengths back in sixth over 6½f at Scone 12 weeks ago. Looks to be in good order following a trial win. Set to run well. ENNIROC (1) was narrowly beaten last start when second in a small field over 5½f at Armidale at the first run of the campaign. Has the gate speed to take up a forward position. Likely to feature. NAFTALI (6) wasn't far off maiden success before a break of eight months, finishing the campaign with a minor placing over 5f at this track. Tuned up with a sixth in a recent trial at Scone. Rates highly and is a chance to break through. MASTER'N'COMMANDER (3) was unplaced two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 5½f at Mudgee, beaten 2.75 lengths into fourth. Well placed to turn things around.
