LARIO (6) is racing very well and has two wins on end, most recently scoring by half a length over 1m at Seymour. Likely to push forward and race on the pace. Will play a major role. TAKA SPEED (3) hasn't been far away lately, beaten 3 lengths at his most recent outing when fifth over 1m1f at Flemington. Should be poised just off the lead. One to consider. PHINEAS (10) turned things around last start and landed the prize by a head over 7¾f at Morphettville Parks. Looks well placed so expect another big run.
