IMPENDING FURY (6) finished a neck from the winner in fourth last start after being in the firing line on the turn over 1m2 1/2f at Gawler, an improvement on his sixth at Penola the run before. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. SUNGAZER (7) could only manage seventh when resuming two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1m at Seymour, beaten only 1. 5 lengths after being prominent at the corner. Perfectly placed and is sure to give this a mighty shake. CLARAPATRA (9) finished 3 lengths away in fifth last time out over 1m at Camperdown two-and-a-half weeks ago. Steps up in distance. Meets a tougher line-up this time but can measure up. ARLO'S DREAM (1) failed to figure again last time over 1m1 1/2f at Oakbank, beaten 8 lengths into eighth. Won't find this assignment as tough. Don't underestimate.
