CARPE ASTRA (9) is a nicely bred three-year-old filly making her first appearance at the races. By Lord Of The Sky from Ms Mazetti who has produced her share of winners. Coming along well at the trials with a win at her most recent at Oakbank. Sure to be highly competitive despite a tricky draw. NORHEIM (3) wasn't far away on debut last start over 5¼f at Balaklava, finishing fourth and beaten 2 lengths. Should improve sharply and this looks a nice race. CAMOOWEAL GIRL (8) is a filly by Grunt out of Eisenach making her first appearance. Should take a lot from a placing in a recent Oakbank trial with this rider Teagan Voorham aboard. Is worth watching for any market moves. LIKE A DRIFTER (1) raced once in the maiden campaign when fourth at Morphettville over 5½f back on September 13. Can improve sharply.
