SHINY ROCK (1) did little and finished 31 lengths from the winner in ninth over 1m1 1/4f at Port Augusta last start, a less impressive effort than his eighth at this track the run before. Nicely placed to get the prize. FIAMETTE (16) has not won for a long while. Last raced on June 18 when beaten 2.5 lengths into fourth at Balaklava over 1m. Can turn things around.
