KERSEE (10) will find this a little easier than her third on debut two weeks ago, beaten 2.5 lengths at the end of 5½f at this track. Breaks from a wide draw but she shouldn't be a maiden for long. VILLA MARIA (7) is yet to break through after three career starts. Could only manage to finish fourth last time out over 6f at Balaklava following a minor placing at Balaklava when fresh from a lay-off the run prior. Likely to be about the money. I AM RALPH (3) was never in contention last time over 7f at this track when he finished 13th, beaten 5 lengths. Worth including in this suitable contest. MAGIC MARINER (4) showed good early speed and raced on the pace when when resuming after a lay-off last start before fading to finish fifth, beaten 3.5 lengths, over 6f at Balaklava. Can figure in the finish.
