Has the talent to find the winners' list. FETES DES MERES (7) progressed nicely last time out when she did her best work late to finish just one length from the winner in third over 6f at Scone. Likely improver with strong prospects. DEION (4) turned in a modest performance when sixth last time out over 1m at Narromine, beaten 6 lengths after being prominent at the turn. That followed a win at Dubbo at the previous outing. Ideally placed and is sure to take a ton of beating. BALLINDERRY SAL (6) raced below her best last time when eighth over 7½f at Newcastle, beaten 3.5 lengths. Open to improvement and should be about the money.
