Has started two times at this course and distance and is yet to miss the placings. Looks well placed so expect a better run this time. CITIZEN (5) scored an impressive win by 9 lengths when resuming from a lay-off last time out over 1m at Mountaineer Park (Dirt). Fitter for that last hitout and must be respected. LEGAL TITAN (8) has not won for over a year, the latest running second at Mountaineer Park (Dirt) over 1m. Form here sound including a win and three places from six starts and may well be worth another chance. GRIMES (1) progressed nicely last time out to finish just 1. 3 lengths from the winner in second over 1m at this track. Best efforts measure up so capable of another big run.
