LEGAL TITAN (8) has been in the placings at his last two starts, finishing second last time when he was in the firing line all the way over 1m at Mountaineer Park (Dirt) after he was well back on straightening. Likely improver with strong prospects. BOSLEY (4) is racing well. Scored at this track (Turf) in a then finished third, beaten 2. 5 lengths, over 1m1/4f at Presque Isle Downs (Synthetic) at the latest appearance two weeks ago. Yet to miss the placings at this circuit, including two wins. Winning claims on best figures. UNCLE TRULY (3) was far from disgraced when second last start over 6f at Mountaineer Park. That followed a win at this track the start prior. Likely improver with top-three prospects.
