RIBBONS AND LACE (3) scored last start by a nose at this track (Turf) over 7f. Has never missed the frame at this course, including three wins and three placings. Well placed and should be in the finish. AFANDI (7) is yet to find the winners' list this time in work but has two placings from four outings this prep, finishing a nose away in second most recently over 7f at this track. One of the main contenders. DIAKONISSA (9) hit the frame two starts ago at this track but ran below par last time when sixth and beaten 9 lengths over 4½f at Charles Town (Dirt). Nicely placed to make amends.
