Finds a suitable race and can build on that solid recent effort. ICE FLOE (6) started at 5/2 last time but could only manage fourth, beaten 9 lengths, at this track over 5½f. L Negron has won when aboard in the past and gets the ride again. Among the leading chances. MYSTIC STORM (4) has put together a couple of wins at this circuit, the latest on November 20 over 6f when she got home by 1.3 lengths. Winning rider E Paucar retains the mount. Likely to be in the finish again. CANA GRIS (2) returns after a lay-off of four months. Started the last campaign impressively when in the placings over 6f at Fairgrounds. Has to be respected.
