SERGEANT COUNTZLER (10) improved sharply on his fourth two starts back at Thistledown (Dirt) with success as public elect over 5f at this track (Dirt) two weeks ago, getting home by half a length after being in contention on the bend. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. SPERANZAS WILL (3) has been in the money at his last couple of runs, the latest when second over 5½f at this track (Dirt). Drawn to enjoy a nice trail just off the pace. Should give backers a sight.
