BETSY IS THE CODE (1) was a determined maiden winner last time out, scoring by half a length over 4½f at Turf Paradise (Dirt). Shaping up nicely and she is a leading contender. KNOBIESMAGICSONDE (3) finished seventh two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 4½f at Charles Town, beaten 3 lengths after being in the firing line on the corner. Has the class to build on that encouraging effort last start. LUVISANAKI (9) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago at Mahoning Valley. Less impressive last time out when sixth over 1m at Mahoning Valley, beaten 33 lengths. Tackling a more suitable race so she is a leading player. HOT TAKE (2) last appeared on December 4 when a good fourth over 5f at this track (Dirt), beaten 2.75 lengths, which was her only run of the campaign. Has the pace to settle in the leading division. Must be respected.
