BEAUTIFUL BAROQUE (3) ran below expectations last time after being in contention on the corner at Albany, finishing fifth and beaten 2 lengths starting at 5/2. Meets some better types this time but a big run will not surprise. DEADLY AND FAST (5) finds it hard to win with three victories from 33 starts. Did a good job last start to finish third over 1m1 1/2f at Albany, beaten 0.8 lengths. Kyra Yuill gets the best out of this six-year-old gelding. Tackling a deeper field this time but he is capable of running a bold race. BRAVE CONTENDER (1) made progress last start to finish second over 1m1 1/2f at Albany after being in contention on the bend. Meeting a tougher field but on his best form he is capable of a big performance. MAGNABURMA (10) hasn't made an impression lately despite market confidence. Last start could only manage fifth over 7½f at Albany. Top-three prospects.
