THREEFOLD (5) showed early speed from a good draw and led until entering the straight last start, eventually holding on for third and beaten 0. 9 lengths over 5f190yards at Albury. Well-placed and is going to prove tough to run down. SUNRISE RIDGE (6) started at 3/1 last time on the back of a win at Sapphire Coast two starts ago but was below her best, finishing seventh over 6f at Sapphire Coast. Nicely placed to make amends. PEWTER PEARL (2) missed the placings when resuming two runs back then improved last start when she made late ground but found one better over 5f at Hawkesbury, beaten 3. 5 lengths. Finds a suitable race and can get the job done. ROYAL MEMORY (7) is a four-year-old mare who is having her first run for the Terry Gibson stable. Hasn't raced since finishing seventh at Warracknabeal four-and-a-half months ago. Fitter for placing in a Canberra trial and is in a nice race. Shapes as a top-three chance.
