BY THE BOOK (11) drifted well back last start before winding up strongly to finish second, beaten 1. 2 lengths, over 1m at Balaklava. Hard to hold out. GREATESTOFEASE (9) made considerable ground in the run home to finish third last start over 1m3f at Balaklava. Key runner who can get home hard into the finish. CARING LASS (8) did her best work late and got up for third over this trip at Murray Bridge last start. Tough to stop again.
