FREE BEER (1) has been mixing his form recently including last time out when he was well held over 5f at Morphettville Parks. Reunites with Connor Murtagh who has two wins when on board. Well placed and should be in the finish. THE GUAVA (3) turned in a decent effort last start when he did his best work late to finish third over 6f at Mt Gambier. Finds a tougher race but another big run will not surprise. THE MAGISTRATE (5) finished second at Penola two runs back but didn't measure up last time over 5f at Morphettville Parks, finishing 3. 5 lengths back in tenth. Meeting a tougher field but on his best form he is good enough to take this out. CORK HARBOUR (7) finished 4 lengths back in fifth over 6¼f at Morphettville Parks last time out after a gutsy win two runs back. Likely to go forward from a nice draw. One of the better hopes.
