BRAVE STAR (5) was in the money two starts back at Morphettville but couldn't back it up last time when sixth, beaten 2.25 lengths, at Morphettville over 1m. Taking on a better field but he is up to the task. CARTOON GRAVEYARD (2) last appeared two weeks ago over 7f at this track when he finished fourth. This is his first run for the Will Clarken stable. Solid chance for the new barn. FREAK OF NATURE (4) got a long way back when 11 lengths from the winner in 12th over 6f at Pakenham Synthetic last start, a less impressive effort than his fifth at Caulfield the run before. Meeting a tougher field but on his best form he is capable of testing his rivals. CLASSY KENNY (10) drew wide last time and was safely held when ninth over this track and trip. Can do much better.
