NAVY GOLD (10) finished 1.2 lengths away in second last time out at this track. On a seven-day back-up. Strong run last time and will be hard to beat. GHETTO SUPASTAR (1) finished second at Murray Bridge two runs back but didn't measure up last time over 1m1f at Flemington, finishing 3.5 lengths back in ninth. Yet to miss the placings from four starts at this circuit. Must raise the bar but this looks well within his grasp. THE GOLDEN FIST (6) did well to score two runs ago then turned in a nice run last time out when fifth over 1m1f at this track, beaten 3 lengths. Nicely placed to figure in the finish.
