PELEVECCHIO (9) showed little early speed last start then came with a powerful run to finish second over 7f at Murray Bridge. Strong finish expected again here. ZION'S GATE (3) was prominent on the corner and battled on well to finish second last start over 1m at Strathalbyn, beaten a head. Going up a level this time but he is good enough to play a major role. PETROL HEAD (6) broke his maiden last start over 7¾f at Morphettville Parks, scoring by 3 lengths. Sparingly raced and has more to offer. Jake Toeroek was in the saddle on that occasion and retains the mount. Harder here but should be involved in the finish.
