SUPER ALANA (3) didn't do a bad job to finish 0.8 lengths away in second last start over 6f at Morphettville. That followed a when resuming win at Murray Bridge. Won't find this as tough so she is a leading player. STAR SIRIUS (2) was well supported when resuming last time out over 6f at Balaklava and proved too strong, scoring by 0.8 lengths. Open to plenty of improvement and another big run will not surprise. KINETIC JEWEL (6) missed the placings two runs back then settled well back last start when 2.75 lengths away in seventh over 6f at Morphettville. Will enjoy a drop in class so she is set to turn things around. SPIRIT BEAST (1) is a six-year-old gelding who is having his first run for the W Clarken & N O'shea barn. Finished off last campaign with a fourth at Sale 11 months ago. Ran fifth in a trial over 5f at Strathalbyn and looks nicely placed. Can run a bold race.
