EYE OF THE EAGLE (2) was far from disgraced when ninth last start over 1m at Flemington, beaten 2.25 lengths after he worked home in good style. That followed a win at Sale the start prior. Has the talent to take care of this field. ROYAL MILE (1) was out of the money when resuming two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 7½f at Gawler, beaten 1.3 lengths into fifth. This doesn't look as hard so he is sure to be prominent. JENKINS (3) was beaten for early speed and didn't come into contention when a disappointing 13th over 7½f at Gawler most recently. Finds a nice race and can find winning form. ICHIBANSAN (5) ran a strong race when resuming then tackled stakes-class last time and finished fifth over 1m1f in the LR Tokyo City Cup at Morphettville. Fitter and can bounce back.
