PLATINUM WOLF (1) finished 3 lengths away in fourth last time out over 6f at Murray Bridge when fresh from a lay-off. Steps up in distance. Facing a tougher assignment but should be in the finish. MISS BARILOCHE (5) was a dominant winner last time over 7½f at Ballarat Synthetic, getting home by 2.75 lengths. Will find this tougher but should be in the finish. BIT OF A REBEL (3) showed good early speed and raced on the pace last start before fading to finish fifth, beaten 4.5 lengths, over 7¾f at this track. Among the chances. CHARM SLINGA (10) turned things around last start and got the job done by 0.9 lengths over 7½f at Gawler. Looks well placed so expect another big run.
