Race Tip

SOMERSAULT (10) was only a long neck from the winner in second last time out in a small field over 6¼f at Geelong. Yet to find winning form this prep but has been thereabouts with two placings from three starts. Sure to go very well. SUPERGRACE (11) wasn't far off maiden success before a break of four-and-a-half months, finishing the campaign with a minor placing over 6f at Sandown-Lakeside. Placed in a recent trial. Has ability and is a solid chance. KOKO (3) improved last time out, finishing half a length from the winner in second at the end of 6f at this track after being in contention on the turn. Finds a suitable race and can go on to take this out. MISS MARANDA (6) faced the starter for the first time and finished fourth last start at Pakenham over 5f, beaten 2 lengths. Plenty of scope for improvement.
