AMBERARNA (12) improved sharply on her 11th two starts back at Seymour with success over 1m2f at Kilmore a week-and-a-half ago, getting home by 2.25 lengths after being in the firing line on the corner. Enjoys a drop in grade so she is one of the main contenders. OUTCASTER (7) has scored at her last two starts, most recently by a nose over 1m2f at this track. That continued the solid form this campaign, with two wins from five starts. Top chance again. ANTHURIUM (14) finished sixth two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1m2f at Pakenham, beaten only 0.8 lengths. Has the talent to take care of this field. WAILUA (2) was allowed to drift back from a wide draw last time out then found the line strongly to grab third over 1m2f at this track. Should feature in the finish again.
