HIGHLAND MIRAGE (2) is a 12-start maiden who finished sixth at his most recent appearance over 1m1 1/4f at Kyneton. This looks a nice race so expect him to be right in the finish. SIR PACKETS (9) faded last time to finish sixth over 6½f at Bendigo after showing good early speed. The addition of blinkers should see a bold run. MEXICAN FIDDLER (4) has been in the money five times including last start on April 29 when third over 7½f at this track. Has been in the frame at both appearances at this course.
