Genuine performer so a well-deserved win is on the cards. LODBROK (3) backs up nine days after racing on the speed and finishing third over 1m4f at Sandown-Hillside. Nice run last time and will be hard to beat. BLACK PEPPERMINT (2) missed the frame last time when seventh at Sandown-Hillside. That followed a run of two wins on end. Expected to do much better this time. THE NEPHEW (1) has progressed nicely in his last couple of runs. Finished third at Great Western two starts back then landed the prize by half a length last time out over 1m3f at Ararat. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run.
