ZOURAIN (5) ran a better race last start when he worked home well to finish a close third over 7½f at Caulfield Heath after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. BLACKLIST (1) has put together back-to-back placings, the latest when 0.8 lengths away in second over 7½f at Hawkesbury when he was prominent throughout. Tackling a deeper field this time but he is worth serious consideration. EIRE TO THE JUNGLE (2) progressed nicely last start to finish a close second over 6½f at Ararat after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Steps up a level but he is worth serious consideration. MARBASTION (4) was prominent at the bend and finished second last start over 7f124yards at Yarra Valley, beaten 1.75 lengths. Meeting a tougher field but on his best form he is good enough to take this out.
