KARBURAN (1) showed good early dash and led throughout to score by 1.75 lengths last time out over 1m4 3/4f at Cranbourne. Sure to take some stopping again. ROARING ENGINE (5) finished second at Caulfield two runs back but was less effective last time over 1m4f at Rosehill, finishing 58 lengths back in 11th. Blake Shinn gets the best out of this five-year-old gelding. Finds a nice race and can bounce back. STAUNCH (3) hasn't been far away lately, beaten 2 lengths at his most recent appearance when third over 1m4 3/4f at Cranbourne. Facing a tougher assignment but is capable of featuring. SKY OUT (6) stuck on well last start to finish second over 1m4 3/4f at Cranbourne after showing good early speed. Faces an easier assignment so he is a major player.
