ARCHIMEDES (5) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with only one victory from 10 starts. Was again denied last start when he found one better over 5½f at this track. Nicely placed to test this line-up. PANDEMIC HERO (8) settled well back and was disappointing over 6f at Finger Lakes (Dirt) last time out when in the market. That followed a good second the run before. Will enjoy a drop in class so he is one of the main contenders. JOHNNY COME LATELY (1) showed good early speed and raced on the pace last start before fading to finish fourth, beaten 4. 5 lengths, over 5½f at Parx (Dirt). Another bold showing is expected. FIRST NAVY JACK (6) was below his best last time when seventh over 5½f at this track (Turf), beaten 8 lengths. Suitably placed so anticipating a better run this time.
