DUAL INCOME (3) finds it hard to win with just one success from 11 starts. Did a good job last start to finish third over 1m1/2f at this track, beaten 0.6 lengths. Faces an easier assignment so he is likely to play a big role. GIANT JAMES (5) finished out of the money two starts back then he got a long way back and was beaten 11 lengths when sixth over 1m1/2f at this track eight days ago. Finds a nice race and can figure in the finish. GAMETIME GLADIATOR (7) has a moderate winning strike-rate but performed well last time at this track (Dirt), finishing second and only 0.1 lengths from the winner at the end of 1m1/2f after being in contention on the turn. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. MY PAL MAX (8) registered a strong win two runs ago then turned in a decent effort last time out when second over 1m1/2f at this track, beaten half a length. Should be thereabouts.
