EBONY FIGHTER (9) did a fair job on debut last time out, finishing 2.75 lengths from the winner in sixth over 6f at Colac. Will be very hard to beat with that run under the belt. SHE'S BRUTAL (13) settled back on debut last time out and battled on evenly to finish sixth over 5f at Werribee. Has upside and can open her account. THANK GOD I GOTHIM (2) will find this a little easier than his third just nine days ago over 6f at Moonee Valley. Nice run last time and is a live chance. HUMBLE HERO (4) returned from a lay-off three weeks ago when he was in contention on the bend before being beaten 4 lengths into sixth over 5½f at Kyneton. Fitter so anticipating a better run this time.
