WATS NORMAL (4) worked to the line steadily over 7½f at Ballarat Synthetic last time out and finished sixth. Honest record at this distance and best form puts him right in this. JET JITSU (2) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago at Echuca. Couldn't follow that up last time out when fifth over 7f at Geelong, beaten 6 lengths. The engagement of Will Gordon is a positive move. Goes up a rung or two but he is good enough. MIDNIGHT RUSH (8) was in the money two starts back at Gawler but couldn't back it up last time when ninth, beaten 7 lengths, at Gawler over 7½f. Open to improvement and should be about the money.
