STELLA E VELOCE (5) has put together back-to-back placings, the latest when 4. 5 lengths away in third over 1m at this track (Dirt) when she was handy all the way. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways. GRAND GOLDEN ROAD (4) doesn't win out of turn, scoring just once from 12 starts. Was again denied last start when she found one better over 6f at this track. Likely contender with strong prospects. NUN GIMEL HAY PO (6) was in the firing line on the bend and progressed nicely last start to finish a close second over 5½f at this track after missing the placings at the previous appearance. It doesn't get any easier but on her best form she is one of the chief contenders. SOLO SURPRISE (1) has been freshened up since she finished seventh over 6f at this track (Dirt) six weeks ago. Hasn't broken through over this course and distance but has managed three minor placings. Solid claims on best form.
