SHADOWY (1) finished last campaign with a couple of minor placings, the latest over 1m1f at Thistledown ten months ago. Solid record at this distance with two wins and one placing from four runs and should prove tough to beat. ELLIOT THE DRAGON (9) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago at this track. Couldn't follow that up last time out when third over 6f at this track, beaten 6 lengths after being in contention on the bend. Suitably placed so anticipating a better run this time. Set Weights ING STATE (3) sat just off the speed and fought on well to finish third when resuming last start at this course and distance. Should park just off the speed. Will be in this for a long way. TIZ SPEEDY (8) travelled in a rearwards position and turned in a mediocre run last time out over 1m at this track (Dirt) after a nice win the start prior. Nicely placed to turn things around.
