MY MAN VITO (7) returns from a break of eight months. Was going well at the back end of last prep with placings at his last two starts, the latest at this course and distance. Expected to go well. FISHING FOR FUN (6) doesn't win out of turn, scoring just three times from 47 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when fourth over 5½f at this track, beaten 8 lengths. Nicely placed to play a major role. OPEN OUT (8) hasn't been able to break through for an extended period, the latest effort a fifth over 1m at this track (Dirt). Placed to advantage and can feature in the finish. BAD LITTLE BEAST (1) is experiencing a long win drought, extended last start when fifth over 5½f at this track (Dirt). Likely improver who should be thereabouts.
