AGNAR (1) was narrowly beaten last start when third in a small field over 6f at Rockhampton. Will be fitter for that run, should be in the finish again. STYLISH DIAMOND (9) is close to a win after a string of minor placings, the latest when second over 5½f at this track when she was handy all the way. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake. CAPRICORNUS (2) did very well to fill a minor placing when resuming at this track but raced below expectations last time over 6f at Thangool, finishing sixth and beaten 7 lengths. Finds a tougher race but a big run will not surprise. CHECK ONE TWO (4) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 6f at Rockhampton, beaten 3. 5 lengths after being in contention on the corner. Fitter this time will prove harder to beat.
