DAWN EMBERS (7) is a consistent performer with three minor placings from four starts this campaign. Was handy all the way and finished 2.75 lengths from the winner in second at the latest outing over 6f at Rockhampton. Meets a stronger field but he is worth serious consideration. MISHANI AMORE (10) was prominent until they straightened last time but weakened to finish seventh over 6½f at Townsville. This offers her a great chance of breaking through. RAVENITE (6) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6f at this track, beaten 11 lengths into eighth. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. MOOCHI STARLIGHT (4) returned from a lay-off three weeks ago when he was beaten 3.5 lengths into sixth over 5¼f at Rockhampton. Fitter and sure to run well.
