TRICKETEER (1) produced a reasonable effort when fourth last start after being prominent at the turn over 6½f at this track, beaten 1.3 lengths. That followed a win at this track the start prior. Looks well placed so expect a better run this time. ROC DE RUSSIAN (6) is back after a break of five-and-a-half months. Started the last campaign in good style when in the placings over 5½f at this track. Has found a suitable race. CAVENTE (5) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start when she got a long way back over 5½f at Rockhampton, beaten 3 lengths into sixth. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. JUST FRANK (8) was beaten 4 lengths into sixth in a 5f196yards contest at Home Hill last time out. Better than recent efforts suggest.
