CHARCO (1) showed good early speed then led into the straight last start before fighting on to finish second, beaten 0.8 lengths, over 6f at this track (Dirt). Sure to go well. STOVALL (3) finished out of the money two starts back then he settled well back and was beaten 11 lengths when fourth over 6f at Evangeline Downs three-and-a-half weeks ago. Finds the right race this time and can take this out. AMPITUP (2) is a talented gelding who tackled tougher grade last time, finishing 16 lengths behind He's Late Again over 7f in Listed grade at Evangeline Downs (Dirt). Has good early toe so he should be handy in the run. Should be involved in the finish. YOUNG TUSCAN (7) finished 10 lengths adrift in seventh last time over 5f at Evangeline Downs (Dirt) in a disappointing performance. Finds a nice race and can bounce back.
