BEAMER (1) was a most impressive winner last time over 6½f at this track (Dirt), scoring by 8 lengths. Has good early toe so she should be handy in the run. Expecting a bold showing. CHIP SHORTAGE (6) hasn't been able to break through for an extended period, the latest effort a seventh over 7f at Evangeline Downs (Dirt). Finds the right race this time and can find winning form again. BEAUTIFUL TEMPLE (7) has not won for over a year, the latest running third at Belterra Park (Dirt) over 5½f. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. One of the better hopes.
