PYTHAGORAS (1) has progressed nicely in his last couple of runs. Finished second at Evangeline Downs (Dirt) two starts back then landed the prize by 0.3 lengths as public elect last time out over 3f213yards at this track (Dirt). Federico Vargas scored on him last time and retains the mount. Finds a suitable race and can make it back-to-back successes. KAYDENAS COWBOY (5) did a great job to score by half a length over this course and distance last start in a much improved run. Likely to be there at the finish again. BCL ONE FAST JESS (4) is back at the races for the first time since November 9. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last time in work over 3f213yards at Fairgrounds. Definite top-three chance. Finds a nice race and can bounce back.
