ONE BIG STORM (3) is struggling to break through but hasn't been far away, the latest effort a fourth beaten one length over 1f130yards at this track (Dirt). Overdue for a win and gets his chance to break through. FREIGHT TRAIN D (7) has a moderate winning strike-rate but performed well last time at this track (Dirt), finishing fourth and only 0.2 lengths from the winner at the end of 1f after being in contention on the turn. Meeting a deeper field this time but he has the ability to mix it with them. SPECIALPROMISE (4) found a couple marginally better last start over 1f130yards at Zia Park (Dirt) after being prominent throughout. Enjoys a drop in grade so she is all set to build on that latest effort. STAR ON THE MOUNTAIN (9) progressed nicely last start to finish a close second over 0½f at this track after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Looks to be in the right race so another bold effort is on the cards.
