Has good early toe so he should be handy in the run. Leading contender. RARE STRIPE (1) improved sharply on his fifth two starts back at this track (Dirt) with success as public elect over 6f at this track (Dirt) two weeks ago, getting home by one length after being in contention on the turn. It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is one of the chief contenders. UPTOWN SOCIAL (6) showed little early speed last start and failed to come on in the straight when fourth, beaten 6 lengths, over 4f at Fair Meadows (Dirt). Meets some better types this time but he has the talent to test this line-up. CREME DE LA CHROME (7) resumes from a lay-off of three-and-a-half months. Has filled a minor placing at both when resuming runs. Opened last prep with a second over 6f at Turf Paradise. Definite top-three chance.
