PEPPER JACK (4) was last at the races when he finished seventh over 1m at Sam Houston Park (Dirt) on January 27. Rates highly and makes plenty of appeal. HELAIRE (7) has been out of the winner's list for a long time, last start finishing eighth at Fairgrounds (Dirt) over 5½f. Has the ability to take this out. GUITARTUITION PLZZ (5) produced another moderate effort last start when 7 lengths from the winner in eighth over 1m at Evangeline Downs. Nicely placed to find some form.
